Tourist Visa:

1. Provide your signed original passport book. NOTE: Your valid passport book must have at least six months of remaining validity and at least one blank page in it.  Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.
   
   
2. One (1) completed Visa Application Form.  NOTE: improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.  The signature on each visa application must be original. 
   
   
3. Two passport pictures in color, front view and with a plain/light background. 
   
   
4. A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan indicating the purpose of your trip, your contact in Kazakhstan, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited.
   
   
5. Letter of Authorization to process your visa.
   
   
6. Complete the IAG Customer Order Form

Business Visa Requirements:

6. Other Forms: A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan indicating the purpose of your trip, your contact in Kazakhstan, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited.
   
   
7. Business Visa applicants must include a business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead from their employer is required and must be addressed to: Embassy of Kazakhstan. The letter must explain all of the following: o Nature of business to be performed; o Name and address of reference to be visited in Kazakhstan; o Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit. This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
   
   
8. Official invitation from host company/organization in Kazakhstan. Applicants for Double Triple entry, or multiple entries visas, will require a letter of invitation from the Kazakh host, approved by the Kazakhstan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
   
   This letter must be submitted to the Department of Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Department of Consular Services must provide the host company with a reference number, for visa applicant to submit it with other documents to the Consular Section. A single entry visa can be issued for up to one month without an official invitation.

Additional Requirements:

• If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, you must first submit your passport to have pages added, or if your passport expires within six months, you must first renew your passport.  Please call us to assist you with obtaining or renewing your passport, or adding pages to your existing passport book.  We can secure your visa using the added pages or new passport.
  
  
• Non US-passport holders, temporary foreign visitors with a valid US visa, or foreign residents with legitimate status in the US may apply for a visa to Kazakhstan.  Applicants in these categories must send a photocopy of their US Green Card, Work Permit, I-20 Form, valid US Visa, and valid ID along with the above requirements.  The Embassy will decide whether to issue the visa on a case by case basis. The Embassy may ask the applicant to provide additional documents.
  
  
• Applicants under the age of 18 (eighteen) MUST provide the following documents in addition to the standard requirements stated above:
  
  
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Signed Letters of Consent by both parents
• Photocopies of the parents' passports (bio-data page) or valid ID
