4. A letter from applicant's company
   
   
   • Letter of Introduction: A letter from your US Company printed on company stationery and addressed to the “Embassy of Mozambique, Visa Section, Washington D.C.”. ?This letter must:
     
     

   • Introduce the applicant, indicating the applicant’s position held in the company;?
     
   • Explain the nature of the business to be performed and the employee number;
   • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit;
   • The letter must be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.?
     
     

   • Letter of Invitation: A letter from the company to be visited in Mozambique explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and the company’s contact information.
   
   
   
5. Letter of Authorization?to process your visa.

Money Order payable to “Embassy of Mozambique” for:

• $80 for single entry visa
• $110 for double entry visa
• $120 for 90-day multiple entry visa
• $180 for 180-day multiple entry visa

Additional Requirements:

• If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, you must first submit your passport to have pages added, or if your passport expires within six months, you must first?renew your passport. ?Please call us to assist you with obtaining or renewing your passport, or adding pages to your existing passport book. ?We can secure your visa using the added pages or new passport.
  
  
• Non US-passport holders, temporary foreign visitors with a valid US visa, or foreign residents with?legitimate status in the US may?apply for a visa to Mozambique. ?Applicants in these categories must send a photocopy of their US Green Card, Work Permit, I-20 Form, valid US Visa, and valid ID along with the above requirements.? The Embassy will decide whether to issue the visa on a case by case basis. The Embassy may ask the applicant to provide additional documents.
  
  
• Applicants under the age of 18 (eighteen)?MUST?provide the following documents in addition to the standard requirements stated above:
  
  
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Signed Letters of Consent by both parents
• Photocopies of the parents' passports (bio-data page) or valid ID
